With this, Kang says that he will not be able to become an official healer according to the rule. However, he laughs at him saying that if he really thinks that Leiwen Herscher will have problems with the rules.
Chief says that he will be getting his healer experience acknowledged by a distinguished family noble. So long as you accept the offer he could even look towards becoming the Royal Healer.
In addition to that, he also says that his life will bloom from his down-to-ground identity. When he asks him if that will be the same case if he joins a royal family, he says that the Holy Water of Dawn has that much worth.
This was when the chief thinks that if he get the Holy Water in his hand he can move to an even bigger and better place, instead of a tiny little country town like the Hind Village. Turning a single whackjob into an official healer isn’t even a problem.
