One-Piece is closed to 1000 episodes, and we have witnessed many jaw-dropping moments of Luffy. Ever since the time skip happens in the series, we have seen a huge change in Zoro’s character. The whole design, concept, art style, and even attire are completely changed, and we have got a more mature and realistic Zoro. Our today’s article will be based on every sword that Zoro wields or currently Wielding. So without wasting any time, let’s get started.
Before starting our main topic, first, let’s take a look at the synopsis of Zoro. Zoro is the second main protagonist of the Japanese manga-based anime One-Piece after Luffy. He plays the role of a Combatant, Vice-Captain, and Luffy’s right-hand man in Straw Hats. Ever since he lost his childhood friend, Kuina, He decided to become the world’s best swordsman. He also trained under the guidance of current best swordsman Mihawk just before the time skip. So this was the character background of Zoro. Now we are all set to know about his swords.

How Many Swords Does Zoro Have? Each Sword Discussed:
Zoro is known to possess 3 swords at a time as he is a master user of the three swords technique. Let’s see every sword he had possessed till now in the series.
1. WADO ICHIMONJI:
This is the first sword that Zoro got from Koshiro. It is one of the 21 high-grade swords which even withstand the attack of Mihawk, who possessed the Supreme Grade Sword, Yoru. After the death of his childhood friend, Kuina, Zoro decided to become the World Best Swordsman and asked Koshiro to give him that sword. He prefers to hold this sword in his mouth while performing his signature technique, Sentoryu( Three Style Sword Technique).
2. SANDAI KITETSU:
This is the second sword that Zoro got while shopping in Logue town. Nami didn’t give much amount to him for Shopping, so he asked the Shopkeeper to show only cheaper options. Then Shopkeeper showed his Sandai Kitetsu. Even though it is not the best word out there, it is very hard to master as this is known as the cursed sword. It is said that whoever wields this sword dies an ugly death however, Zoro tries his luck in front of the curse of this sword and tosses it in mid-air to see whether it will hurt him or not.
3. YUBASHIRI:
After seeing the will and determination of Zoro, Shopowner gifted him the skilled grade sword to him which was inherited by only warriors in his lineage. Zoro gradually accepted the present, and then he was fully equipped with his three best friends. Sadly, Yubashiri got destroyed by Shu, one of the captains in marine in Ennies Lobby Arc. After the end of Thriller Bark, Zoro paid tribute to Yubashiri and replaced it with even a greater sword.
4. Shusui:
Shusui is one of the most powerful swords in One-Piece anime. It is one of the 21 great grades swords and used to be possessed by the famous Samurai of Wano, Shimotsuki Ryuma. It is the first completely black sword that can slice enemies in a clear way. After getting defeated by Zoro, the corpse of Ryuma decided to gift this sword to Zoro; however, in Wano Arc, Zoro decided to leave this Sword at Ryuma’s grave as this is the national treasure of the Wano Country.

5. Enma:
As he decided to leave Shusui at Ryuma’s grave, Kozuki Hiyori decided to gift him Enma. Enma is currently the most powerful sword he ever possessed, even beyond Shusui. Enma is the only sword that injured Kaido and used to be possessed by none other than Kozuki Oden. It is said that this sword can cut through beyond heaven and hell. It is very hard to master this sword as this sword has the ability to suck Haki from the user and unleash it to enemies. Zoro is currently using this sword and still has to master it to the fullest. It is also said that, after mastering this sword, this sword will convert into a supreme grade sword itself.
