Boruto has been one of the most amazing monthly reads that the fans have been getting ever since the manga’s time skip. The titular protagonist has been showcasing new abilities and revealing secrets ever since the time skip arc started. Not only did Boruto learn a technique that has never been seen before in the series known as “Uzuhiko” but one of the coolest ninja techniques that only two people so far have managed to master, Boruto has become the third one to do it.
It is a lost technique that we did not know that we needed to see at all but now that it is here, we cannot hope to see Boruto getting out of many circumstances without using it. Boruto has gotten even more cooler and fans cannot wait to see how many new things Bortuo has learned during his time skip.
The technique that Boruto used in the latest Boruto Blue Vortex chapter is the “Flying Rajin Technique” which lets the user get from one place to another in an instant. In other words, it is the teleportation technique. The last person to use this technique was the famous fourth Hokage, father of Naruto and grandfather of Boruto.
The reason why fans are curious about this question is that even though we saw Boruto using this technique twice and also mentioning his grandfather did not reveal how he managed to learn it.
The latest chapter saw Boruto using this ability and thus fans have been curious about this one question in particular. How Did Boruto Learn The Flying Raijin Technique? Well, this is what we have been curious about as well and thus we have come up with our speculation about how Boruto managed to learn this lost technique.
What is the Flying Rajin Technique?
Before we delve into the speculations about how Boruto managed to learn it, let us first take a look at what the technique is indeed about. This technique was originally developed by the Second Hokage, Tobirama Senju which allows the user to use space-time ninjutsu to teleport from one place to another at an instant.
This technique is used by making the user create a formula before they have to teleport to that place and leave their mark. This could essentially mean that one has to be at the place to leave their marking in some sort of seal or otherwise.
The former user, Minato Namikaze particularly used seals for this technique and has become the fastest Shinobi ever to leave. Ever since Minato, no one else managed to learn this technique and even attempted to do it until the latest chapter saw Boruto using it for very good reasons.
How Did Boruto Learn The Flying Raijin Technique?
Now to answer the question that everyone has been waiting for. The Flying Rajin Technique has been in the Konoha village only as we saw that one else would have taught Boruto besides them. Given that Boruto is currently a traitor to the Konoha village, no one would have taught him because he is a traitor and the most wanted criminal.

But, there is one master Shinobi from the Konoha village and that is the fan-favorite Sasuke Uchiha. It is very simple to land on this answer because of the reasons that were mentioned earlier. We are not sure if Sasuke indeed knows the technique or is using it but ever since losing his Rinnegan, Sasuke has lost the teleportation technique and he must have tracked it thanks to Sharinghan.
During this time skip, Sasuke must have taught Boruto this technique and as we have learned from Kakashi that Boruto strongly inherited Fourth Hokage’s technique, there is no other reason we could not see that he would have managed to learn this technique from a copy when Boruto managed to learn a very strong technique.
Moving forward, we are hoping to see Boruto surprise us even more showcasing more of his abilities and what true goals he has. Ever since the time skip arc, Boruto has been on a streak of showcasing many great changes from the plot of the series to what lies ahead. There are only higher expectations from the series from now.
