With the series already a fan favorite, everyone is curious to know more about House Hunters filming locations. The series has been running for 237 seasons straight and has been commissioned again for a new batch of episodes. The 238th installment is ready to drop out in August 2023.
The reality TV series throws light on couples as well as families or individuals who are looking forward to buying a home. They get hooked on real estate agents in order to help them with their property search. With every episode, we see these folks deciding which property they are going to buy after visiting a wide range of places that suit their needs.
The format of the episodes is simple as we see the buyers being presented with three houses or apartments as per their choice. They have to choose whether they will be either renting the property or buying it for themselves at the end of the episode. Later, the crew visits these clients who have bought or rented the homes. We see how they are developing into their new homes as well as the changes which they have made till now along with the effect that property has put on their lives.
Well, this goes without saying, but there were some controversies about the authenticity of the show. It was claimed by some of the buyers that they had already decided which house they were to buy. As for the other two properties, these were presented by the producers to get their reaction and fit into the episode format.
To this, the producers claimed that buying a house is a huge decision and can not be made within 2 or 3 choices. Thus, they often select clients who are already pretty far off in their selection process and then recruit them for the episodes. Well, here are the details and the filming location of the show. We will be describing the most recent locations that were featured on the screen.
