hololive English fans across the United States will soon have the chance to visit a new limited-time retail experience. Bandai Namco Amusement America has announced the hololive English -Justice- POP-UP STORE -City Groove, an officially licensed event that will tour five cities between September 2026 and March 2027.
The pop-up store will offer exclusive merchandise, specially created event artwork, photo opportunities, and a mini game inspired by hololive English -Justice-. The tour begins in Costa Mesa, California, on September 20 before traveling to San Jose, Plano, Brooklyn, and Arlington Heights over the following months.
Each location will give fans an opportunity to experience the hololive English -Justice- theme in person while purchasing merchandise created specifically for the pop-up event. With the tour visiting multiple regions of the country, Bandai Namco Amusement America is bringing the experience to hololive fans on both the West and East Coasts, as well as Texas and Illinois.
hololive English -Justice- POP-UP STORE -City Groove Tour Dates and Locations
The first stop on the hololive English -Justice- POP-UP STORE -City Groove tour will take place at Mitsuwa Marketplace Costa Mesa in Costa Mesa, California. The event will run from September 20 through October 1, 2026, marking the beginning of the five-city tour.
The pop-up will then move to Mitsuwa Marketplace San Jose in California, where it will operate from October 6 through November 10, 2026. After that, the tour will travel to Mitsuwa Marketplace Plano in Texas from November 20 through December 6, 2026.
The fourth location will be Japan Village in Brooklyn, New York, where fans can visit the event between December 16, 2026, and January 17, 2027. The final stop will take place at Mitsuwa Marketplace Arlington Heights in Illinois from January 23 through March 7, 2027.
At every location, visitors can expect exclusive newly illustrated artwork created specifically for the event. The stores will also feature merchandise available only through the hololive English -Justice- POP-UP STORE, giving fans a chance to purchase items connected directly to the City Groove experience.
Bandai Namco Brings a New hololive Experience to U.S. Fans
Beyond merchandise, the event will include a mini game and designated photo opportunities. These additions are designed to make the pop-up more than a traditional retail store, offering visitors an in-person experience centered on hololive English -Justice-.

The event also continues the company’s efforts to expand its specialty retail and pop-up experiences based on major entertainment franchises.
