Miki Yoshikawa’s manga Hiragi-san’s House of Vampires (Hiiragi-san no Kyūketsu Jijō) is receiving a television anime adaptation. The announcement was made through the series’ newly launched official website, which also revealed the anime’s first visual. The adaptation is being produced by UNLIMITED PRODUCE by TMS.
The manga follows Shota Minamoto, an orphaned junior-high school student who is adopted by a family living in a luxurious traditional Japanese estate. Although his new family welcomes him warmly, Shota soon discovers that they are hiding a supernatural secret.
According to Kodansha’s K MANGA service, which publishes the series in English, the story combines a cozy family comedy with bloody romantic comedy elements.

Yoshikawa, known for creating A Couple of Cuckoos, launched Hiragi-san’s House of Vampires in Kodansha’s Bessatsu Shōnen Magazine in October 2021. Kodansha released the manga’s sixth compiled volume in November 2025.
The upcoming anime offers a new opportunity for international audiences to discover Yoshikawa’s blend of supernatural mystery, romance, and unconventional family dynamics. Further details, including the anime’s release date, staff, and cast, have not been provided in the announcement.
