Recap
The chapter starts with Daun kissing Sang Zhi. After so many chapters, Daun has confessed his feelings to Sang Zhi. Daun tells her she always called him old, so he felt too ashamed. But it’s also his first time falling in love.
While hugging her, Daun Jiaxu tells her not to dump him. And since they have kissed, she has to be responsible for him for the rest of her life. He tells Sang Zhi that they should take one step at a time.
Since Sang Zhi already said what she wanted to tell him, she starts heading back home, but Daun stops her and asks if his teeth hit her lips while kissing. Sang Zhi felt so embarrassed hearing that she closed his mouth with her hands.
Daun Jiaxu asks her why she suddenly feels like today was the right time to propose to him because it disturbed his plans. Sang Zhi asks him what plans he had. Daun tells her that his plan was to be outside of her dorm the night after tomorrow, and he would have lit up the candles as he confessed to her with a bouquet in his hand.
He thought of doing so because it is popular to confess like that nowadays. When Sang Zhi was about to leave, he requested her to stay with him. Sang Zhi had no choice but to stay after hearing him say that.
Daun planned to say that when he confessed. He tells Sang Zhi that a confession must be really special, so he will make it up to her next time. However, Sang Zhi tells him there is no need to do so since they are already together, so they don’t have to confess again.
Daun tells her that it’s for formalities. Even though he doesn’t care about that, he will do it for Sang Zhi’s sake. The chapter then ends with Daun and Sang Zhi holding hands together. Note that with this chapter, season two of Hidden Love also ends.

Now that season 2 of Hidden Love has officially ended, the Manhua will go on a hiatus break. They haven’t given us the exact release date of season 3, but judging from the previous hiatus period, it’s safe to say that it will be on hiatus for at least two months, which means we can expect season 3 to be released after a two-month gap.
