Cassian decided to investigate the body and found some things on him that shed some light on the mystery of the cult. For one, it belonged to the southern region, which he deduced from the clothes he had on him. His further inspection led him to a letter that was introduced to the Duke he knows very well.
The Duke in question was none other than Anais, whom Astel had been seeing for a while. Making himself worry about the man once again as he believed that the man was not for someone like Asterl. He knows that his little sister is naive, but he doesn’t have enough evidence to act on it yet.
