The release date for Henpocalypse Episode 2. In the BBC2 comedy Henpocalypse!, the entire world is depicted as having been infected with the deadly “crab measles” virus.
It’s unlikely that experiencing the fear with a high-maintenance hen party in a remote hamlet in Wales would be at the top of your list if you had to find a method to experience the end of the world in 2023.
But the characters in the film Apocalypse!, starring Elizabeth Berrington, Lucie Shorthouse, Callie Cooke, Lauren O’Rouke, and Kate O’Flynn, are found exactly where that is. Caroline Moran’s novel Henpocalypse! Follows bridezilla Zara (Lucie Shorthouse) and her fellow West Midlands working-class hens as they prepare to celebrate her impending nuptials.
But the hen-do fun comes to an abrupt end as it becomes clear that the end of the world is near. This is a dream cast, the locations are spectacular, and the end of the world has never been so much fun, according to author Caroline Moran. Five women are followed on the ultimate hen-do in Apocalypse!, which doesn’t exactly go as planned.
Demanding bride Zara (Lucie Shorthouse) and her four hens are forced to wait it out together as their enjoyable weekend in a remote hamlet in Wales is spoiled by the apocalypse, which takes the shape of a fatal disease called “crab measles.”
The entire male population has been wiped off, save for their hired stripper Drew (Ben McGregor); they learn when they then out into the harsh, new, post-apocalyptic world.
When confronted with a bunch of radicalized Pilates teachers who are armed with sex toys, will the hens put their strained relationships aside and figure out how to survive together?
Apocalypse now has a trailer, thanks to the BBC! It depicts the chaos caused when “crab measles” spreads around the world as the hens struggle to survive!

Recap Of Henpocalypse Episode 1
The first episode was titled “Tits Up,” and we saw a messy hen do in a remote Welsh cottage; Zara and her wedding group leave their Birmingham council housing neighborhood.
The end of the world, though, puts a damper on the good times. How will the women fare against Armageddon with nothing but their hen-do gear and no survival skills to fall back on? The chickens are compelled to escape quarantine and travel to post-apocalyptic Snowdonia because they are running out of food.
