Later, we find out this was none other than the Section Chief of the Gate Seeker Team, Jae Ik. While on a call with the Priest, he reveals that he managed to make an alter out of all the hearts collected over the years. He also says that he is going to alert the Hunter Association and tell them to send offerings.
When he asks the Priest when he wants him to break the altar, he says that once they have gathered enough valuable offerings, he can break the altar.
Cut back to Dae Sung, and he finds out that after the arrival of this creature, the System has started showing some random gibberish text, and that is why he believes that this is going to be a powerful battle. The system, while mentioning that as the field implementation progress is completed, he will be able to use the absolute being’s main body descent, asks him if he would like to use the main body descent.
While saying that this is great timing for the power of the main body descent, he activates it. This is when this creature says asks him if he is trying to interfere with the duty of the universe while saying that destruction is for lowly beings in the very first place.
Along with that, he creates a powerful mana ball in his hand and throws it at Dae Sung, and says that he should take him as his hostage so that he can continue his legacy. Not much time later, when the dust gets cleared up, Dae Sung suddenly attacks him. However, he says that the mere existence of someone like him cannot hurt him like that.
