HAL-CA, guitarist, and vocalist for the heavy metal band ASTERISM, who has performed in various countries including the USA, France, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and South Korea, recently appeared in the new “FLASH THE FIRST TAKE” project by “THE FIRST TAKE.” She released 60-second, one-take videos on YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.
In her performance, HAL-CA showcases her guitar skills, which have received praise from world-famous guitarists like Marty Friedman (former Megadeth guitarist) and Buckethead (former Guns N’ Roses guitarist).
Although ASTERISM typically performs as an instrumental band, they perform the high-energy song “METAL” with HAL-CA on vocals for “FLASH THE FIRST TAKE.”
HAL-CA has been sharing her guitar performances on Instagram, gathering over 20 million views worldwide and catching the attention of guitarists everywhere.

“We are an instrumental band, but this is the first song we’ve done with vocals.
I put everything I had into the high-pitched vocal line, singing while playing technical guitar phrases.”
