Haikyuu Series Watch Order in Details
Haikyuu!! (2014)
The series starts by showing one of the main characters Hinata Shoyo and how he could not play to his full potential in middle school. Shoyo was just getting by fine until their team reached the finals, where he came face-to-face with Kageyama Tobio, who was a great setter for his team and helped him win.
Shoyo loses the finals but is recognized by Kageyama as a strong opponent. Things take a turn when both of them unknowingly enroll in the same high school and join the volleyball team. They both become the new hope for the Karasuno High School Volleyball team as the setter and spiker.

Haikyuu!!: Arrival of Lev (2015)
This episode focuses on showing the developments in the volleyball team of Nekoma High School, which are supposedly the rivals of the Karasuno Highschool Volleyball team. It shows how a half-Russian and half-Japanese boy, Lev joins the Nekoma team and becomes a burden for their setter, Kenma, as Lev lacks even the basic skills.

This movie is more like a summary of what all happened in the first season and the first OVA (Arrival of Lev). It also shows how Shoyo became inspired by the Little Giant and got into Volleyball. As the match begins, Karasuno is overwhelmed by them but still tries to hang on. But can they defeat Inarizaki High and come to the top to face even more fierce opponents?
