Go-Go Town has surpassed 100,000 copies sold, giving developer Prideful Sloth another reason to expand the game with fresh content. The town-building title has also performed strongly on the Nintendo eShop, reaching top positions in the United States, United Kingdom and Japan.

Following the sales milestone, the studio confirmed that more content is planned beyond the post-launch roadmap already in development. New Industrial and Rustic decoration sets will be added, giving players additional ways to customize their towns.

New Decorations and Languages Coming to Go-Go Town

The upcoming decoration assets include new arches, barriers, lamp posts, hay bales, a gas pump and a new Vehicle Stall. Go-Go Town will also receive six additional language options: Polish, Turkish, Russian, Italian, Dutch and Indonesian.

Creative director Cheryl Vance thanked the community for supporting the game during a difficult period for the industry.

“Seeing our game succeed at a time when the industry is going through such a challenging period makes us feel incredibly grateful,”

Vance said in the studio’s announcement.

Vance also highlighted the role of the game’s Early Access community, which spent two years helping shape Go-Go Town before its Version 1.0 launch on PC, Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2. The developer was particularly encouraged by the game finding audiences in new regions, with Thailand becoming its second-biggest market.

The game’s continued success will allow Prideful Sloth to keep developing Go-Go Town while remaining independent.
