Kamisato Ayato
Kamisato Ayato will be a five-star rarity hydro-element user character. He serves the Yashiro Commission as a Commissioner. Ayato is also the leader of the Kamisato clan, serving Inazuma Shogunate.

Elemental Skill
Ayato will enter Sokai Kanka stance after creating his hydro-clones. These clones will taunt the nearby enemies. After an enemy attack, the clone will explode and deal with an Area-of-effect Hydro-damage. In Sokai Kanka stance, any normal attacks from Ayato will convert and deal Area-of-Effect damage.
Elemental Burst
Ayato’s Elemental Burst creates big water drops in an area, dealing with Hydro-damage. Inside the Area-of-Effect of Ayato’s elemental burst, everyone(allies) but Ayato will have an increase in attack speed.

Haran Geppaku Futsu is an upcoming sword of a Five-star rarity. The sword will arrive with Genshin Impact Update 2.6.

- Give a Damage bonus of 12/15/18/21/24 percent on elemental attacks. This effect will activate once after 0.3 seconds.
- Allies nearby using Elemental Skill will give the wielder 1 Wavespike Stack. The maximum Wavespike Stacks are two.
- The Rippling Upheaval will trigger if the wielder uses their Elemental Burst. This will consume all the stacks of Wavespike. This consumption will increase the normal attack damage by 20/25/30/35/40 percent for 8 seconds.
What are Artifacts in Genshin Impact?
In Genshin Impact, there are items that can increase the stats of the characters. These items are called Artifacts. Artifacts have one primary stat and four sub-stat. Every sub-stat will be unique from the primary stat. The Artifacts are of five types:

The Two-piece will increase Ayato’s Attack by 18 percent.

The Four-piece will give Ayato a 36 percent chance, where his Normal Attack Damage will receive a buff of 60 percent. After 0.5 seconds, the effect will deactivate.
Xiao
The latest leak also dropped new details regarding Artifacts set pieces for Anemo user Xiao.
The Two-piece will increase Xiao’s Attack by 18 percent.
Xiao
The Four-piece will give an 18 percent increase in Xiao’s Elemental Burst attack damage. This set will also give a 10 percent attack upon health loss. The effect will last for 16 seconds and stack for only four times. Once Xiao leaves the field, the effect will deactivate.
