It is a sad day indeed as Full House star Bob Saget has passed away. The actor and comedian gained huge fame and recognition in the role of a doting father in the hit sitcom Full House. Known for his witty humour, the star will be remembered by all. The Orange County sheriff’s office authorities confirmed the devastating news of Saget’s death on Twitter.
The authorities further informed that the actor was found unresponsive in his hotel room at the Ritz-Carlton in Orlando, Florida. Numerous celebs, co-stars and fellow comedians have expressed shock after hearing the news. The actor’s family has also stated that they ask everyone to join them in remembering the love and laughter that Bob Saget brought to the world.
Co-Stars And Celebs Mourn The Late Actor’s Death
Bob Saget bagged his big breakthrough role as the widower Danny Tanner on hit sitcom Full House. Viewers loved the family drama series and it ran from 1987 to 1995. The heartfelt story of Tanner bringing his brother-in-law and a friend together to help him raise his three little children. Bob Saget later reprised his role for a Netflix reboot, Fuller House. John Stamos, who starred alongside Bob Saget as his brother-in-law Jesse also took to social media to admit that he is broken and gutted. The actor further stated that he is in complete and utter shock. He ended the note while saying that he would never ever have another friend like him.
Bob Saget played a similar role as a widower, in a series Raising Dad. However, the span of the show was short-lived and ran from 2001 to 2002. Saget’s co-star Kat Dennings, who played his daughter on the show called the late actor, the loveliest man. Jon Stewart, Norman Lear, Jason Alexander remembered the late actor and mourned his death. Josh Grad, too, mourned the actor’s death saying that there wasn’t a kinder person in Hollywood than Bob Saget. We would indeed remember the actor and his warm smile.
