In the previous chapter of From Dreams to Freedom, Siyun is seen taking care of a sick Jeongmin, and she is leaning against Siyun, feeling her anxiety calm down. Even then, Jeongmin feels quite sick, and she can feel her cold getting worse.

Siyun asks her what is wrong and says that she should get better since he hates watching Jeongmin in pain.
