Farming Life in Another World 2 is officially scheduled to premiere globally on April 6, 2026, with new promotional materials and casting details revealed during a special stage event at AnimeJapan 2026.
The second season of the slow-life fantasy anime, based on the original work by Kinosuke Naito, continues the story of Hiraku, a reincarnated protagonist who builds a thriving rural community in another world. The franchise has surpassed 6 million copies in circulation, reflecting strong global interest in its relaxed, character-driven narrative.

During the event, voice actors Atsushi Abe, Shino Shimoji, and Aya Suzaki appeared alongside a surprise guest, Misaki Kuno, who voices the newly introduced Spirit King. The panel included a retrospective on Season 1, discussions about upcoming developments, and interactive segments with the cast.
New cast members were also announced, including Hikaru Midorikawa as the Demon God and Eri Yukimura as Morte, alongside several additional roles expanding the series’ ensemble.
A newly released key visual showcases both returning and new characters gathered around a hot pot, emphasizing the series’ communal and lighthearted tone. The second trailer highlights everyday farming life while teasing upcoming conflicts, including a martial arts tournament involving central characters.

International distribution details confirm that the anime will stream across multiple regions, including North America via HIDIVE, beginning April 6 at 10:00 AM EDT.
In addition to its broadcast rollout, the series will feature prominently at Anime Boston 2026, where a North American premiere screening and cast Q&A session are scheduled.
The opening theme, “It’s a beautiful story,” is performed by characters Luu and Tier (voiced by Shimoji and Suzaki), while the ending theme, “Sunny Steps,” is performed by Yui Hizuki.
