On April 4, Lucas held a fan sign event with a mere 30 attendees, prompting mockery and scornful remarks, particularly from Chinese netizens. Comments highlighted the sparse turnout, with one netizen humorously noting that there were more ex-girlfriends of Lucas than fans at the event.

Further fueling criticism, Lucas made a language error in his post-fansign thank-you message. Instead of using the appropriate word “leave,” Lucas inadvertently used “go,” leading to a message that appeared dismissive of the fan sign event.
