The official website for the television anime adaptation of Hiro Mashima and Atsuo Ueda’s Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest sequel manga has revealed a new visual featuring the main characters in their animated forms.
Scheduled for a July premiere, the anime retains the original cast, with Tetsuya Kakihara, Aya Hirano, Rie Kugimiya, Yūichi Nakamura, Sayaka Ōhara, Satomi Satou, and Yui Horie reprising their roles as Natsu Dragneel, Lucy Heartfilia, Happy, Gray Fullbuster, Erza Scarlet, Wendy, and Charle, respectively.
Under the direction of Shinji Ishihara, who served as director for the previous Fairy Tail anime series, the new anime is helmed by Toshinori Watanabe at J.C. Staff. Atsuhiro Tomioka, known for his work on scripts for numerous episodes of the earlier Fairy Tail anime, supervises the scripts for this adaptation.
Yurika Sako takes charge of character design, while Shōji Hata returns as sound director, and Yasuharu Takanashi contributes to the music, reprising their roles from the previous series.
