The finale of ‘Extraordinary Attorney Woo’ reveals a lot of new things. We are introduced to the half-brother of Woo Young-woo i.e., Choi Sang-hyeon. He is a complete genius who hacked into the Roan system. He confessed his deeds to his mother as it could tarnish her reputation as a candidate for the Minister of Justice.
At Hanbada, we see Han Seon-young taking part in Raon case and Kim Chan-hong being appointed as the new CEO of Raon. We also get to see Jung Myeon-seok being visited by his ex-wife and him proposing the idea of them getting back together. Though, she points out that she wants him to leave Hanbada. On the other side, Min-woo visits Tae Soo-mi and informs her about his decision of living as a fool from now.
We also find Jun-ho waiting for Woo Young-woo outside as he is not ready to give up yet. Though his plan is interrupted when an employee of Taesan Law Firm jumps in handing a brochure to Young-woo and letting her know Soo-mi’s plan to have her move to Boston.
Back at Young-woo’s home, we see her discussing things with her father and she strongly disagrees with leaving the city. The next day of trial brings lots of ups and downs and later we see Sang-hyeon visiting Young-woo and confessing about his crime of hacking Raon after being asked by Kim Chang-hong.
Receiving a recording of confession from him, she is struck by a dilemma and hence goes to Myeong-seok and her team. The recording is presented in the court though the judge asks for a formal investigation. When it comes to light that Seon-young is being sent to the US, public opinion is called. Young-woo decides to talk to Tae Soo-mi herself and on the way, she and Jun-ho clear things out.
She meets Soo-mi and tries to convince her on letting Sang-young come to court. We see Taesan coming up with the conditions in regard to Sang-hyeon’s testimony and the last clause of the same stated that he will be questioned by Young-woo.
Sang-hyeon is presented in the court where he confesses everything that had happened. After the trial, we see Tae Soo-mi withdrawing her candidature while Han Seon-young reveals nothing to the media.
The attorney team celebrates at Hairy’s Pub. In the next scene, we see a happy Young-woo going to work as a full-time lawyer. Scenes similar to the first episode pass by though this time the whale is not alone. Young-woo is finally able to walk through the revolving door without any help which makes her feel a sense of fulfilment.
