Drug-Eating Genius Mage is a story that revolves around the male protagonist who has reached his talent limit on magic and is sent to a gaming world as punishment. In order to survive, he builds relationships with other people and investigates the secrets behind the closed world to prevent the end of this world.
The demon king’s castle was the last location of the long fight where he met the demon king. It was surprising even for the demon king to see a human in such a place. He killed the demon king’s all subordinates. Now it was time for the demon king and his fight.
Demon king’s barrier absorbed all his moves due to his dark stone. Destroying the stone was the only option. He was able to dodge all attacks from the demon king but couldn’t make his move on yet. It was nearly impossible.
He used moonlight bullets and almost destroyed his black stone. After which they had an intense fight, he went all out on his moves, and at the end demon king’s barrier broke, and he was defeated.
He was now looking forward to the 3rd version of the game after its update; he had already decided to choose a different character. Since a normal Mage character would be boring, he decided to make a special Mage character through the karma system.
It’s a system where one can get penalties in exchange for benefits. He decided to add all magic stats to the maximum stats he could gain. He put too many penalties while trying to do so and git his character super sick. But wait, he got sick in real life too?
Previously on Drug-Eating Genius Mage Chapter 31: Recap
In chapter 31 of Drug-Eating Genius Mage, we saw he rested for a whole week. After that, he stretched and ate only home-cooked meals and counted how many hours of sleep he was getting in an attempt to get his biorhythm back to normal.
Lenoch’s body was as fragile as glass, and he was tired of it, but somehow he was getting used to this new body. On top of that, he had to find a part-time job; he couldn’t do night shifts and couldn’t consistently work three days a week, either. He couldn’t do physical labor as, well.
He rested a bit more and then headed to the Balkan city library to do some more research. He wondered what if he had guards to use in battle. The tactics were simple the werewolf fought in the front, and Mage supported him from the back with his magic.
Practical methods to defeat them were to be more skilled than them and crush them in a face-to-face fight or to use the same tactic and win the battle slowly. Killing the Mage first was one good option. Now he had to learn summoning magic and find some kind of support or a teammate.
The summoning skill felt more like a weird thing rather than a skill. About 200 million cell goes in one summoning ritual. If the ritual goes bad, all the money and time invested in it will go to waste.
While he is going through all the books searching for a trick, Aris greets him, the university’s elementary magic chai professor. She suggested he give up on those tricks as those only depended on luck.
He would have listened to her if he was normal, but he wasn’t, so she offered to explain to him a summoning trick hoping he would give up when he understood how complicated it was, but he was glad to have someone to talk to.
