Hey everyone! In this post, I want to talk about Jiren and his apparent weakness. Jiren is the strongest fighter in the Tournament of Power right now, and has been for the most part as well. He’s a member of the Pride Troopers from Universe 11. Jiren’s power was revealed to us properly during the one hour special of Dragon Ball Super.
Although he was still holding back quite a bit, Jiren was basically unscathed in the fight against Goku, until he got Ultra Instinct. Once Goku achieved Ultra Instinct, the fight got a little more interesting than it was already, because Goku was actually matching his power. However, Ultra Instinct wore off, and soon Hit decided to attack Jiren.
Once Hit attacked him, everyone knew an interesting fight was on the cards. At first, Hit’s time-skip didn’t seem to work. Yet he kept on trying it again, and again, and again, until he actually improved himself, and became fat enough to use the time cage against Jiren. Hit underlined a huge weakness of Jiren that we didn’t notice back them. The reason why Hit was constantly using Timeskip was because he wanted to train Jiren to get accustomed to the limit of his timeskip.
Once Jiren got used to it, Hit caught him off guard, and that’s why Jiren was stuck in the Timeskip. We’ve seen already in the previous episode that Jiren can be caught off guard. Goku himself noticed that in order to defeat Jiren, they needed to catch him off guard, with a powerful attack.
In Episode 127 of Dragon Ball Super, Android 17 was able to sneak up on Jiren, and attack him with an energy blast, which actually damaged him. This was possible because 17’s Ki cannot be sensed, and because Jiren didn’t sense it, he was able to attack him. Sometime later, Freeza, in a weakened state, was able to attack Jiren as well, and again this was possible because Jiren didn’t pay attention to his surroundings, as he’d grown used to the attack pattern of Goku and Vegeta only.
Hit highlighted this weakness back in Episode 111 of Dragon Ball Super, but at that time, nobody noticed it. He knew Jiren was way above him in terms of power, but the only way he could defeat Jiren was to pull off the Time Cage. This is also why Jiren struggled against Ultra Instinct Goku. His attack pattern was completely different, and unpredictable. Jiren couldn’t do much about it, and that’s why Goku gained the upper hand. I believe Goku will take advantage of it once he regains his ability to use Ultra Instinct once again.
Goku’s Completely New From Revealed From Latest Leaks
Hey everyone! In this post, I want to talk about yet another transformation of Goku. But, before I begin with this post, I want to let you all know that it contains heavy spoilers. If you don’t want to be spoiled, this is the time to leave the post. However, if spoilers don’t bother you, then let’s begin. Let me get straight to the point.
The new transformation that I’m talking about is Ultra Instinct. But not just any Ultra Instinct. I’m talking about the mastered version of Ultra Instinct. If you thought that it would look the same as the regular Ultra Instinct, you were wrong. That’s not going to be the case.
They’re obviously looking for ways they can make the most money, and of course, making Mastered Ultra Instinct different from the regular Ultra Instinct would generate a lot or money for them.
We were Introduced to the regular form of Ultra Instinct way back in the one hour special of Dragon Ball Super. This was the first time Goku broke through his shell, and he achieved powers that were hard to gain even for a real God. With this, he was able to fight Jiren on par, and even overwhelm him a bit. This was the power of Ultra Instinct. Each body part of Goku would react on its own, and Goku wouldn’t even need to think, which makes sense because the literal translation of this form is Mastery of Self-movement.
Goku didn’t gain this form permanently though. He lost it immediately, as his body ran out of energy. However, soon enough, he began to get the symptoms for this form yet again, and against Kafla, Ultra Instinct was reborn.
