At the start, we saw the 11 queens who had been selected for the season, working their way into the stage for an official introduction in front of the cameras. Well, everyone’s eyes were glued on Matraka as she looked like a walking embodiment of Mexican culture, and it looked so beautiful. She had a huge Matraca toy on her.
It is an instrument used to make some noise in Mexico and is very popular in the country. Later when all the queens started chatting in the Werk Room, trying to get to know each other, we got to know that Pixie Pixie is actually the drag mother of Vermelha Noir. Drag Race México Episodes Recap
One of the most emotional moments of the entire episode has to be the one that was shared by Christian Peralta. She talked about how she had a wife and a daughter at home. She is trying to support the family through her work in drag. Soon after these buts were over, we saw Valentina walk out on the stage alone, making her own special dedicated entrance.
Then she welcomes Lolita Banana on the stage, and they hug passionately. Now that the episode had officially begun, we saw the first mini-challenge taking place. The queens were asked to dress up like Piñatas and can use their own creativity for the same work.
Now that they were finally moving on for the photoshoot, the queens were to be suspended in the air while lightly hit by the Pit Crew. The challenge was successful, and the winner announced was Margaret y Ya. Well, we also got to see Christian Chávez on the screen. He came out as gay and is currently in RBD. The hosts interacted with him about some of the hit tracks of the band, such as Sálvame as well as Sólo Quédate En Silencio.
He was invited to the main challenge and judged the queens for the same. This round required the contestants to dress up in looks that were inspired by their hometowns. This round was great where we saw Tlaquepaque jug-inspired look by Christian Peralta. It was actually appreciated by all. Christian was able to win the round with the same and Lolita even called it a Jarriperra.
