Jin Cheonhee will be preparing for his next pursuit in the medical world as he completes his recent training at Jaegel Lin. Things haven’t been hectic for a while as the fantasy protagonist had been busy training. But now that his physical training is over, he will be doing some research in Doctor’s Rebirth Chapter 148.
The past few chapters have been all about buildup for the upcoming chapters as we see indications for new events. When Cheonhee was with his sworn brother, he told him about the two boys who wanted to become his MC’s sworn brother. However, Yeo Haryun didn’t take that kindly and wished to challenge them to a duel and see if they were earnest in any sense.
Cheonhee thought it wasn’t necessary for him, as that would be unnecessary violence. However, one thing led to another, and the two sides wanted to fight to decide their brotherhood with Cheonhee. While all this was happening, the protagonist went ahead to train his core further by taking Yooho and Jaegel Lin’s help. Suffice it to say that they were more than happy to oblige, a little too much for MC’s liking.
Doctor’s Rebirth Chapter 148 Spoilers
Doctor’s Rebirth Chapter 148 will show us what kind of adventures await Cheonhee and his loyal friend Hwanggu. Hwanggu is somewhat of a mascot of the series, and it is always nice to see him in the chapters. And though he has been absent for a while, seeing him return was a pleasure.
Cheonhee had decided that he would look for the cure for tuberculosis by concocting a medical ingredient named Streptomycin or something like that. It is fascinating that the world of Murim is practically the same when it comes to basic biology and stuff related to it. Making the job of the former medic easier than his job in the world of Murim.
However, that won’t be the only thing as there is going to be a fight, a friendly match, between three people. He hoped that Sima Hyun would be the wise one and pull Cheon Woo from the fight. However, it turns out that he wants in on the fight for the same reason as the other: to become the sword brother.
Doctor’s Rebirth Chapter 147 Recap
Doctor’s Rebirth Chapter 147 starts the action series with good old training with the wooden doll and the MC stuck in it. Cheonhee was overwhelmed by the amount of dolls that Yooho had put in the room for him. Nine dolls were too much for anyone to handle, but his medical colleagues expected that much out of him.
He was then put through training where he had to separate black rice grain from the dish with lights out. His only way to do so included using his core energy at the bare minimum, or else he would fail. The last task for his training was to sew clothes by following a certain method, but he took pleasure in that one.
Yooho then tells Cheonhee that he will be working with an expensive piece of cloth, and ruining it wouldn’t be acceptable. If he were to do so, the money would be cut off from his earnings, making the MC flinch a little.
However, once the protagonist found his groove, he was able to successfully finish his training and prepare for his research. Also, he discussed the inventions that he had made in the world and how they were faring in terms of sales with Jaegel Lin.
