The fans of the Doldam Hospital were thrilled with the premiere of the third season of their favorite ongoing South Korean drama titled Dr. Romantic. Directed by Yoo In-Shik, Park Soo-jin, Lee Gil-bok, and Kang Bo-Seung, Dr. Romantic focuses on an excellent surgeon who changed his name after disappearing and facing a traumatic experience. Kang trained two more doctors to go on and become great doctors by teaching them the ways to fight against corruption and the power to help their patients.
Written by Kang Eun-Kyung, the series stars Han Suk-kyu plays the role of Kim Sa-bu, Yoo Yeon-Seok plays the role of Kang Doo-joo, Seo Woo-jin plays the role of Ahn Hyo-Seop, Cha Eun-Jae plays the role Lee Sung-Kyung and park Min-gook plays the role of Lim Joo-hun as the lead cast. The recurring cast of the series consists of Yeo Woon-young plays the role of Kim Hong-pa; Oh Myung-sim plays the role of Jin Kyung; Jang Gi-tae plays the role of Im Won-hee; Jeong In-soo plays the role of Yoon Na-moo, Park Eun-tak plays the role of Yoo Na-moo, and Song Hyun-Cheol plays the role of Jang Hyuk-jin.
Han Jung-hwan and Park Hyun-ji produced the series under Samhwa Network with Studio S. Lee Gil-bok did the captivating cinematography for the series, and it first premiered on November 7, 2016, with 3 Seasons and 47 episodes having a run time of 63-90 minutes. Dr. Romantic is loved by millions of people, with the cast giving an amazing performance.

Dr. Romantic Season 3- Episode 9 Recap
The 9th episode starts with Sa-bu and Nurse Oh talking about Sa-bu’s new project, which deals with the aftereffects of man-made and natural disasters. At the same time, a building located in town begins to crack, thus indicated towards an approaching natural disaster. In-situ informs the people in the program about CPR not being a part of helping in a situation of natural disaster.
Eun-Jae takes Woo-jin to meet with her father as planned at a restaurant, only to find her mother in place of her father in the designated area of the meeting. Ji-man leaves to attend the trial that Ko, an assemblyman, is hell-bent on fighting against happening. Meanwhile, Sun-woong and Dong-hwa meet Elizabeth and Jessie of Moon-Jung, when the alarm bells set on their phones go off, suddenly alerting them of the approaching disaster, which needs their immediate attention.
Sa-bu orders all the doctors after gathering them to start preparing for the rescue of the injured. Sa-Bu instructs Woo-jin to head to the area where the building collapsed while In-su is called back into the trauma room to prepare for treating incoming patients. Woo-jin and Eun-Jae are shocked by the number of injured and dead students they witness after arriving at the scene of the building collapse.
Sa-bu orders the two to come out of their shock and begin helping the injured and save as many lives as possible. Eun-Jae discovers a dead student whose friends request her to save him, but she has to give up on the dead student after remembering Sa-bu’s words about not performing CPR during a natural disaster situation as time will be wasted in reviving the dead and their main focus is to save as many lives as possible. Eun-Jae runs to aide the friend of the dead student after he falls over.
At the same time, Dong-Hwa and Gi-tae get stuck in traffic as they try to make their way and arrive at the scene of the building collapse. Dong-Hwa and Eun-tak make a run to reach the scene seeing no other available option for them to arrive on time. Woo-jin instructs the paramedics to segregate the dead and injured according to the color code provided by the hospital.
Eun-Tak and Dong-hwa begin treating the patients once they arrive at the scene of the building collapse. Min-guk informs Sa-bu about Ko being stuck under the collapsed building’s rubble. Sa-bu instructs him to begin the rescue procedure. Meanwhile, Eun-Jae goes back to the trauma center with an injured student, and Woo-jin rushes to help and save the student.
Woo-jin’s efforts are to no avail, as the student dies after spurting blood. Paramedics inform Woo-jin about discovering some students alongside their teacher under the rubble, and Woo-jin is faced with the dilemma of choosing between the teacher, whose condition is rapidly deteriorating, and the student suffering from asthma. Woo-jin makes the decision to go to the scene of collapse as opposed to Eun-tak and the paramedic, but he refuses to listen and makes his way to the scene.
Once arriving at the scene, Woo-jin sees the student being carried away he decides to stand by his decision. Eun-Tak and Woo-jin separate to help survivors get the required help. Meanwhile, back at the trauma center, everything is hectic, with the doctors rushing between patients to help them. The doctors focus on the severely injured patients first while the nurse guides the less injured patients. Woo-jin and Eun-tak decide to go inside the collapsed building, and Dong-hwa witnesses them entering the building. Thus, he calls Sa-bu to inform him. Sa-bu tries to contact Woo-jin and Eun-Tak to no avail and becomes infuriated by their decision.
Doctor Romantic Episode 10 Preview
Episode 10 of Dr. Romantic will witness Sa-bu deciding to go to the scene of the building collapse after failing to contact either Woo-jin or Eun-Tak. Sa-bu instructs Min-guk to help the patients and doctors at the trauma center of the hospital. Sa-bu is only able to find Eun-Jae at the location of the collapse as Eun-tak and Woo-jin are still trapped inside the collapsed building.
Sa-bu instructed Eun-Jae to return to Doldam Hospital as there were more patients at the trauma center than the available doctors. Sa-bu hopes Woo-jin and Eun-tak are fine as he helps the injured patients at the scene of the collapse.
The audience will witness th building collapsing again with Woo-jin and Enu-tak still trapped inside the building, thus leaving the audience in suspense about whether their favorite doctors survive or not. Eun-Jae and A-rum are informed about their respective partners being trapped in the building, which leaves them in a pool of tears.
