There’s no rest for Bravo fans. Just a month after Sandoval finally hit screens, People reported that Beverly Hills power couple Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky are separating after 27 years of marriage.
Mauricio responded to rumors that he cheated on Kyle on an April 2023 episode of his podcast Two T’s. “We’re not getting divorced,” he said. “I mean, that’s very stupid.”
“He also admitted that the rumor that he cheated on Kyle was a storyline on ‘The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Season 13. And now it’s a storyline,” he said. “So there’s definitely some stories out there that Kyle and I are working on, and we’ll go from there. It is what it is,” he continued, “It was the girls who started saying it. They bought it up. They really convinced Kyle.”
So, Did Mauricio Cheat on Kyle?
“Countless stories have been spread about his extramarital activities, and it’s become common knowledge in their social circles. The only one who doesn’t know is Kyle. She’s so proud of her sexy husband. But if she found out he was cheating on her, she would be devastated,” a source told Star.
Tess Broussard of Comedy Central’s Kroll Show told Star about how she met Mauricio a few years ago. They were at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel with their friend Christina Schultz. “Mauricio was just on his way to meet us,” the source added. After a flirtatious conversation, he reportedly said, “I’m married, but sometimes I get lost.”
However, HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY said, “Mauricio is a very handsome guy, and people think his warm personality and good looks are inviting, but he’s not cheating on Kyle.” “No, and that claim is ridiculous.

Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky’s Rumored Separation
People announced on July 3 that they had been rumored to have broken up. A source told the magazine: “Kyle and Mauricio have been living apart for a while, but they still live under the same roof. They remain friendly as she and her family figure out what’s next. We maintain a strong relationship.”
Hours later, the couple denied rumors of divorce but admitted it had been a “tough year.” Richards and Umansky released a joint statement on Instagram denying any “illegal activity” that led to their marital problems.
“Regarding the news that came out today…all claims regarding divorce are false,” Richards shared on his Instagram. “But certainly, we’ve had a tough year. The biggest challenge in our marriage. But we both love and respect each other very much.”
The statement continued: “No one did anything wrong. We are in the public eye, but we ask that you allow us to address issues privately. Speculation may be interesting but in line with another sordid story.” Please don’t make up false stories.”
April Divorce Rumors Denial
Richards denied there were any problems in his marriage after he was spotted without his wedding ring in February. “(A) I don’t wear a big diamond ring because I think there’s been a lot of crime these days, and I’m not feeling well,” Richards told Page Six in April. “And (b) I had just come back from the gym and was lifting weights, and I thought, ‘Did that cause this?'”
She continued, “When things like this happened in the past, I wanted to cry, and I was devastated. But now I’m like, ‘Okay, I’ve done this before. Let’s try this.’ I felt like it. Bring it on. Light up. Let’s see what you have here for me,'” Richards added. That’s for sure. ”
Umansky also denied rumors of divorce in April. “We’re not getting divorced,” he said on the podcast Two T’s In a Pod, according to Us Weekly. “I mean, it’s such a stupid thing. This stupid story came out, and the girls all, you know, decided to talk about it on ‘Housewives,’ and now it’s a storyline… So there are definitely some stories there, and Kyle and I will address them and go from there. That’s reality. ”
