In Demonic Evolution, Chapter 10, Ang reports the facts to his superior about the issues that took place. He is confused, just like everyone else, as he doesn’t know what happened when they were trapped inside in the lair with the one-fin beast. However, the matter is of utmost urgency and needs to be met and dealt with since there is a new threat around.
Ang and his group were kidnapped by a single-fin monster on the day of their field training. They were able to fend off the powerful monsters, but the moment a one-finned monster, all of them were bested. Making their superior worried about them, and one of them goes on an expedition to get them back.
Ang was the only one who was able to come to his sense when they were in the demon’s lair, which led to the two of them fighting with each other and Ang doing his best in the new body that he found himself in. And the conclusion of the fight was he got humbled once again as he learned about his limitations.

Demonic Evolution Chapter 9 had Ang using his knowledge and skills to use deal a devastating blow to the demon. He thought the demon was looking down on him and decided to bring out his best, despite being in a poor body. With some tact, he took off the arm of the monster and created distance between them.
The demon just laughed and punched Ang across the field, flattening him on the wall with little effort. The demon then says that the one looking down is Ang and not him, as he doesn’t even know that he can heal. Ang was shocked to learn of this as he came to realize that the demons may have evolved in the past 60 years.
As Ang loses consciousness, he laments over not being able to save his allies once again. The demon took it as a time to eat him, but he was in for the treat. The eight-finned king emerges and makes the lower one bow to him, agitated by the fact that Ang has gotten so weak.

Demonic Evolution Chapter 10 will see Ang come to the full realization as to what had happened in the cave. He only remembers the part when he was conscious and fought the monster, but the rest is blank in his mind. He doesn’t even know that the monster that killed him years ago is inside his body and resting.
The conversation with his superior will help him realize that the demon he fought years ago is inside him. Complicating the matters of his reincarnation even further for him and everyone else around him. Now he has one more reason not to talk about him being the rebirth of humanity’s last hero, other than sounding awkward.
He can become stronger now, but that will come at the cost of losing his humanity as he discovers the secret about his new body. This, in turn, will have a great effect on how his superior views him. He had some hopes for him a few hours ago, but now he is suspicious of him as he wonders if Ang might be hiding something.
