Delightfully Deceitful Plot Synopsis
Ro Um is a girl who is a master of fraud. Once a very bright student, she is now an emotionless con woman. One day she is accused of murdering her parents.
Despite being innocent, she suffers a harsh punishment of ten years imprisonment before her lawyer Moo Young helps her to exonerate. Moo Young is a kind and considerate person who values his ethics.
He sees a soft side of Ro Um that nobody else does. When the two of them decide to join hands to take revenge, their story turns out much more than an alliance for a common goal.
Delightfully Deceitful Episode 12 Recap
Ro Um and Moo Young have been clearing their misunderstandings and also planning to execute their next step. Together with their team, they start practicing to infiltrate a party hosted by the daughter of a big loan lending business.
Her name is Min Kang Yoon, and she is the next target for Ma Kang Soo. They plan to present a card from a cryptocurrency consulting company which is their setup to expose him. They want him to fall for the trap.
So, Jae In and Yo Han pretend to be an engaged couple at the party to meet Kang Soo. Surprisingly, he recognizes Yo Han. Ringo is also at the party to charm Min Kang Yoon, but she is attracted to Ro Um.
Moo Young hands over the card to Kang Soo when Yo Han fails to do so. After the party, Ro Um asks Kang Yoon for a favor, and they decide to meet the next day. Ro Um asks Moo Young about how to seduce a woman.
He asks Ro Um, to tell the truth instead. The next day when she meets Kang Yoon, she informs her that she is a fraud and wants to take revenge. Ro Um asks her not to give money to Kang Soo. She then receives a call from her teammate that if this deal gets canceled, Kang Soo will kill Na Sa. So Ro Um asks Kang Yoon to process the payment to Kang Soo. Yo Han arrives at Kang Soo’s office to rescue Na Sa.
The next day, Kang Soo is at the launch event of his new company Navis Bio. Only then he realizes the hacked system and all his evil plans and sin confessions are played on the projector and forwarded to all. Thinking that Kyung Ja did it, he rages to the terrace to kill her. In a few moments, a body falls on top of the car; it is not Kyung Ja but Kang Soo. Kyung Ja is seen laughing on the terrace.
In the last scene, Ro Um wakes up to her childhood clip being played on multiple screens. She is nervous and being asked about number 25. Ro Um knows that it is a signal from the President.
