Hibaki’s memories got inside Corpse God’s mind in the previous episode. Viewers are curious to find out how Corpse God summoned the Emperor without knowledge in Dead Mount Death Play Episode 19.
Habaki lied about his daughter, but when Kouzaburou and Aikawa confronted him, Habaki told them he had traded his daughter for the position.
So he was firm about not giving up his position. Kouzaburou tried to calm him down and mentioned to Aikawa that Habaki was still better than Lemmings.
Yatsu joined them later and informed him that he met a weird officer so he got worried about Aikawa. Yatsu caught the guys from Comps. 3, and he was quite shocked after seeing senior commissioner Hibaki’s condition.
Aikawa informed Yatsu about Hosorogi. Habaki wanted to thank the fire-breathing bug, as because of them, he made it in time.
Aikawa did not realize that Habaki was on a call; he was not sure who was on the other line. Aikawa’s first guess was that he was probably on call with Higoru.
Suddenly, all the lights went out and Habaki started attacking them. A security guy was heading towards them while aiming a handgun at them.
He aimed his shot at Pops, but Aikawa pushed him on time. Habaki told them he would meet them on the other side of the sky and jumped from the window.
The security guy shot himself in the head at the same time. Yatsu was not sure what was going on anymore. Aikawa told Yatsu and Pops to go after Habaki.
The power came back, and Aikawa and Kouzaburou noticed that all the other security guards were still gathered there.
All of them were in possession they were not sure what they were doing inside the building. Aikawa noticed that all the scenes happening around him looked familiar to him.
He had heard about such incidents but he did not want to believe that was truly the answer. Kouzaburou was hopeful that Aikawa had figured something.
Aikawa told him the fire-breathing bug was only one person, but they could not be too sure. Aikawa confirmed that they were dealing with hypnosis.

Yatsu and Pops split up to track down Habaki. Yatsu was wondering what Kochou was going to say to him later. Habaki reached the location, but he was confused as to why no one was there because he believed that it was the right place.
Habaki noticed that Civil was already there at the location when he looked around. Habaki asked Civil when he reached Japan, and Civil informed him he had been there recently.
He was looking for a hotel when he heard that Habaki had made an emergency call to headquarters. Hibaki told him he was still unworthy, and he asked Civil if he used his power for him during the blackout.
Civil told him he did not have to thank him. He mentioned that Habaki had given a lot to the organization. Civil reminded him that the experiment lab was just a slaughter, and he doubted that anyone else would have given up their daughter.
Hibaki told him his daughter must be rejoicing after that. But Civil told him he had two misconceptions and mentioned that he was not trying to help him.
Because he was planning to abandon him, Civil then explained that he also had a wrong conception about dead people. Because his daughter was still there, Soara launched a punch at Hibaki.
Civil told Hibaki when he gave Soara to the Bastard Children of Sabaramond. Everybody knew that he did that to get rid of his troublesome love child.
Civil told Hibaki since he never asked about her daughter. So he forgot to tell him that his daughter had become the first survivor of the experiment.
