Seems like Frost might be the next victim on The Flash Season 8 Episode 10 when the Black Flame comes after her. Whereas, the previous episode gave us a look at Iris asking Still Force to figure out what was wrong with her as she felt she was skipping time. While Barry and the rest of the team were trying to figure out a way to track down the new meta that was burning random people to death in the city.
On the other hand, Sue Dearbon returned to the city for a family business and Iris joined her on a trip to Coast City when she heard a new meta had surfaced there that could walk through walls or any surface. Meanwhile, Chester started feeling the fear of the new meta and thought it was his father’s ghost who was haunting him. Whereas, Flash and the team got into serious trouble when the fire meta attacked them at Star Labs.
The American tv show inspired by the comic book characters in DC Comics and set in the Arrowverse has made a huge fan following over the years. Now, with the ongoing season, the fans are eager to watch The Flash Season 8 Episode 10. But first, let us take a quick recap of the previous episode to find out what all went down.
The Flash Season 8 Episode 9 Recap
Episode 9 of The Flash Season 8 came out on 30th March 2022 and was titled “Phantoms”. The episode saw Chester making a device that would help the team track the new meta that used cold fusion fire to burn the victims, leaving no trace. Fortunately, the device worked and the alarms went off when the meta resurfaced as another victim was burning. Although, Flash was too late to reach there to save the victim. However, it all surprised them when they saw a black flame burning through it and captured it inside one of Chester’s devices.
On the other side, Iris was worried when Still Force told her that there was something wrong with her and that he would return after finding out what was actually happening. Therefore, she volunteered to go with Sue to Coast City when she told about a new meta in that city to cover a story on the meta to change her mind. As the two arrived in Coast City, Iris and Sue found the meta named Tinya who could phase her body through anything. Although, she wasn’t interested in telling her story and walked away. At Star Labs, Chester saw a nightmare where the flame had escaped and started burning everything.
But Allegra, Frost, and Cecile calmed her down. A while later, he told Allegra that the meta might be a ghost of his father who died in a fire too. In the meantime, the flame escaped, and this time for real, and started spreading. Flash arrived soon and Star Labs was put on lockdown so it doesn’t escape and tried to handle it. However, it was something else entirely and too powerful for Barry as well. Meanwhile, Cecile started feeling a lot of pain and sorrow of thousands of people from the meta which was quite strange. Chester eventually started losing himself when the flame took the guise of his dad and he felt it was his dad who was calling him.
But then Allegra made him realize that it wasn’t his dad and he needs to snap out of it. Flash and Frost were caught in the other area, surrounded by the fire and Flash kept him and Frost vibrating so the flame doesn’t touch them. In the main area, Chester remembered his dad and how he would have been if he was alive and refused to go with the Black Flame. This caused the flame to experience a lot of pain as it dissipated. This made the team realize that it wasn’t a meta, but an actual fire that fed on people’s sorrows to get stronger and had its own mind. In Coast City, Iris finally convinced Tinya to talk to her as she promised Tinya to help find her mother. In the end, the Still Force returned to tell Iris there was something really wrong happening with her.

The Flash Season 8 Episode 10: Release Date, Spoilers & Air Time
“The Flash Season 8 Episode 10 will release on 6th April 2022 at 8 pm ET on The CW.” Furthermore, the episode will be titled “Reckless”. The episode will see Frost using her as bait to lure out the Black Flame. But it turns out, the Black Flame is too smart to be tricked like that.
