Despite injuries and setbacks, AEW’s daredevil, Darby Allin, made a dramatic return on Dynamite last week!
Last week’s main event saw Kazuchika Okada retain his AEW International Championship against Dax Harwood. After the match, The Elite launched a vicious attack on Okada and his allies. Cash Wheeler and Bryan Danielson tried to fight them off but were soon overwhelmed.
Surprise Return: Allin Evens the Odds
Just when all hope seemed lost, Darby Allin emerged from the crowd in a shocking return! The former TNT Champion attacked The Elite with his skateboard, giving his team a fighting chance. Allin was then revealed as the replacement for the injured Eddie Kingston in the upcoming Double or Nothing match!
Darby Allin arrived in Bakersfield for Dynamite in a unique way – a private jet! However, there was a strange twist – he arrived in a body bag, with only his hand visible! Allin seems ready for the upcoming fight, posting a message on social media: “This weekend at Double or Nothing, things are gonna get crazy!”
With Allin joining the fray, the “Anarchy in the Arena” match promises to be brutal. Fans are excited to see Allin back in action, but there’s concern that he may get re-injured in this high-risk environment.
