Fans of the anime “Cross Ange” will soon be able to get their hands on a Riobot toy of the iconic mecha, Villkiss, set to release this December.
Originally introduced in 2014, “Cross Ange” garnered attention for its unique mecha designs, spearheaded by Junichi Akutsu, also known as Bee Craft, renowned for his work on popular franchises like Armored Core V and Gundam SEED.
The Riobot version of Villkiss promises significant improvements over previous figures, boasting a larger size of 26 cm and incorporating diecast material for enhanced durability, crucial for its transformation feature. Notably, T-REX is handling the design, ensuring both seamless transformation mechanics and impeccable sculpting.
Despite the high price tag of 42,900 yen (approximately $274), pre-orders have opened, with delivery slated for December. For enthusiasts curious about “Cross Ange,” the anime is available to stream on Crunchyroll.
