The confessions of Frannie Langton were shot in Yorkshire, which is a place in northern England. The series has been filmed at locations like Dalton Mills, Duncombe Park, Hull Old Town, Versa Leeds Studios, York Mansion House, Temple Newsam, Bramham Park, South Parade in Wakefield, Dewsbury Town Hall, Sledmere House, and Versa Leeds Studios.
Dewsbury town hall, Wakefield Old Road in West Wiltshire, England, has been used to shoot the scene in the series where you see the Old Bailey. Duncombe Park in Helmsley, York, Also appears in one of the scenes of the series.
Throughout the series, you will see a Newgate prison where most of the scenes of the cities have been penned. This prison has been shot at the Dalton Mills, which is located at Dalton Lane in Bradford, West Yorkshire.

Each episode of The Confessions of Frannie Langton spans an hour and is split into 4 parts. Before airing on ITV1 in August 2023, it launched on ITVX, making it viewable on the video-on-demand service from December 2022.
Karla-Simone Spence depicts the title heroine in the four-part murder mystery thriller, which has been adapted by novelist Sara Collins from her debut book of identical name. The first episode premiered at 9 p.m. on August 22, and the subsequent episodes aired for the next three days.
