Actress Lim Ji Yeon expressed her admiration for collaborating with veteran actress Jeon Do Yeon in the movie ‘Revolver,’ directed by Oh Seung-wook. The film portrays Soo-young (Jeon Do Yeon), a former police officer seeking justice after being wrongfully imprisoned.
At the production report held at Megabox COEX in Seoul on July 9, Lim Ji Yeon shared her excitement about working with Jeon Do Yeon. Reflecting on her college days at Korea National University of Arts, she revealed that she was nicknamed ‘Han Ye-jong’s Jeon Do-yeon’ due to her admiration for the senior actress.
During filming, Lim Ji Yeon recounted a poignant moment when Jeon Do Yeon’s intense gaze helped her deeply understand her character, enhancing their on-screen chemistry. She expressed continuous wonder at working alongside her former idol.
