Simon will be letting out his wrath against the people who had taken hold of the loaned swords in Choujin X Chapter 54.2. The current dilemma his team found itself in is still within control, but the anomalies are starting to rise. And if things aren’t acted upon quickly, they might lose the little advantage they have, along with their lives.
The chapter opened with a small sketch of where everyone was in the area with Ely, Simon, Michael, and Michaelangelo being the focus. The four hadn’t run into big trouble so far, but that changed rather quickly when a man with a gatling gun showed up. He started raining bullets on them, it was only Michael’s shield that was able to hold them at bay.
Michael was confident that the shelf would hold since it had stood up to much stronger pressure. Inside the shield, they could prepare for their response accordingly and Ely saw them scattering in their ranks. He decided to use duplicate swords and scatter the enemy in confusion, paving the way for them to get out of the place.
Things turned haywire when the mob characters took hold of the duplicate swords and used them as weapons for them. Ely was shocked by the sight, and soon after that, they lost the little advantage that they had gained over time. The mobs, now acting as soldiers, had weapons to advance their attacks, and seeing his technique abused like that made him angry.
