After Defeating the Demon King, Romelia Rebuilds Her Future Through Strategic Leadership

Most fantasy anime end after the Demon King is defeated, but Romelia War Chronicle begins where those stories usually finish. The story follows what happens when the heroes return home and face the consequences of the battle.

According to Crunchyroll’s official synopsis, Romelia helps defeat the Demon King Zelgis, but Prince Henri’s reckless actions make the final battle far more dangerous than it needed to be. Despite her important role, Romelia is unfairly blamed for not fighting on the front lines. Henri breaks off their engagement, and even her own family shows her little support.

Rather than giving up, Romelia chooses to build a new future. She relies on her intelligence, leadership, and diplomatic skills to protect the kingdom.

The event also included a panel featuring voice actress Yuna Nemoto, original author Ryo Ariyama, producer Yuki Watanabe, and editor Hiroyuki Hamada. They shared behind-the-scenes details about bringing the fantasy series from the page to the screen.
