It’s a high time right now for Marvel fans out there. A new Captain Marvel trailer was released today and oh boy, it was lit. Fans have been waiting for this since the ending of Avengers: Infinity War. Here is the trailer, release date, and all the things we know so far about the Captain Marvel movie.

For those of you who are waiting for a trailer from Captain Marvel, wait no more as Marvel released the anticipated clip today. It was streamed in Good Morning America and so far, the film is looking lit. The event was hosted by Brie Larson herself. There’s even a scene where Captain Marvel punched an elderly woman inside a bus. You can watch the trailer below if you haven’t seen it yet.
The filming began in as early as January 2018 and it was finished in July 2018. Although it was early to wrap up, the show will not be seen this year. Instead, the film will be released in the United States on March 8, 2019. It is expected that this film will show the big part that Captain Marvel will play after the event in Avengers: Infinity War. Nick Fury contacted her before he was turned into dust by Thanos’ powers.
Captain Marvel Cast And Plot
Brie Larson will play the titular character, who is an ex U.S. Air Force fighter pilot and a member of Starforce. Larson trained for nine months for this role, learning judo, boxing, and wrestling. Samuel Jackson will play Nick Fury, who was not the director of S.H.I.E.L.D at this movie, but a low-level bureaucrat and before he loses his eye. Ben Mendelsohn will play as Talos, the leader of the Skrull invasion army. The cast also includes Djimon Hounsou, Lee Pace, Lashana Lynch, Gemma Chan, Algenis Perez Soto, Rune Temte, Mckenna Grace, Glack Gregg, and Jude Law.
The story will be set on the mid-1990s, so there’s a nostalgic quality for this film. It will follow Carol Danvers, a former U.S. Air Force fighter pilot who turned into one of the galaxy’s mightiest heroes. Danvers will join the Starforce but will be returning home to answer the questions from her past identity. Meanwhile, Earth is caught in a conflict between two alien worlds.
