Captain! Is this battlefield here? Chapter 44 will be airing this week itself! Previously, the excelling Army Captain Yoon Ah is transported from the middle of a battlefield to a soft and comfy bed. After a while, she realises that she’s now the female protagonist of her friend’s fantasy novel.
However, according to the original story, Yoon Ah, who’s now Rosalie in this world, is a timid girl who’s snatched of all her possessions and belongings by her stepmother. To top it off, Rosalie’s step mother was now planning to rage a territorial war to win the crown.
Yoon Ah decides to help out the female lead and change the course of destiny. The upcoming chapter will witness Yoon Ah adapting and taking control of Rosalie’s kingdom.
Recap
Yoon Ah is seen talking to her subordinate who tells her to be a little more gentle with the rest of the soldiers. Her seemingly cold personality and frank nature can often times scare them away. He goes on to mention how the troops would call Yoon Ah the devil.
Not only was Yoon Ah the top of her class with outstanding grades and performance, she was also the first student to earn the title of the Captain. Yoon Ah had no such interest in love, and her only goal was to fulfill her duties as a soldier.
In the middle of their conversation, a soldier comes rushing and informs them that one of the villages they knew to be the residence of the enemies was destroyed.
Just when Yoon Ah suspected the U.S, a bomb blows up in front of them and she tells everyone to stay on guard. Another bomb is thrown right near Yoon Ah and she wakes up to an unfamiliar room dressed in princess clothing on the bed.
A maid enters the room to greet her and cautious Yoon Ah tackles the maid. She asks her who she is and why she was here till the maid screams “Lady Rosalie”. Yoon Ah then realises that she was much weaker than before and her voice wasn’t the same either.
All the scars she had gained from her training in the army and the tan she had was all gone. Yoon Ah rushes to the mirror and finds out she was trapped in the body of “Lady Rosalie Judeheart”.
Yoon Ah has a flashback of when her friend had shown her the new novel she had been writing. The main female lead was also named Rosalie, who she found to be quite boring while the male lead was crazier than her.
After four days, Yoon Ah finally accepts her fate but is still finding it hard to adapt. According to her friend’s novel, she would soon be losing her powers. Rosalie’s story starts off as a girl who lost her father and lived with her step mother.
She was the duchess of the kingdom but her timid personality made it hard for her to rule. Her stepmother on the other hand was addicted to a life of luxury which rapidly declined the wealth of the palace.
Rosalie’s step mother later went on to rage war against the palace and stole all of Rosalie’s possessions. Yoon Ah is conflicted on whether she should let the original story play out or change Rosalie’s fate. Since there wasn’t a proper ending yet, Yoon Ah calls her maid Emma and starts to prepare for the battle.
She begins to jot down all the ways she can expand the wealth and area of the Duchess and prepare for the territorial battle that was to come in four months.
