Plot

Kōtarō Isaka is a Japanese author who was born in Matsudo City, Chiba Prefecture, Japan on May 25, 1971. Firstly, he’s a systems engineer who has a knack for writing stories. Secondly, he has a few short stories to his name but he made his debut as a novelist in 2000 with Ōdyubon no Inori,.which won the prestigious Shinchho Mystery Club Prize. Some of his famous works include Bullet Train (Maria Beetle) and The Precision of the Agent of Death (Shinigaimii no Seido). Kōtarō Isaka is also known for being the only Japanese author nominated four years in a row for the Hon’ya Taishō award. Lastly, his books are available in Japanese, English, Thai, Russian, Italian, Korean, French, and Spanish.

The movie was directed by Devid Leitch, whom you might recall because he redirected the first John Wick movie, as well as the second Deadpool movie and Hobbs & Shaw.
