Recently, the WWE superstar Braun Strowman announced on Twitter that he would be facing TNA superstar EC3, a.k.a Ethan Carter III, in a special event called “Free The Narrative II: The Monster In Us All.” It looks like Strowman is all set to have his first match outside the company. According to the official website of the company, this event will be available in October 2021. This match against EC3 might be a one-off event. We can already say that the fans are very much excited about this first match of the superstar outside WWE. Fans can also pre-order this event, whose price would be $10.

These events lead us to another question, “Where will Braun Strowman sign next?” There have been rumors that the start might sign TNA or AEN. Apart from these, it was rumored that he might re-sign with WWE. Till now, there are no official announcements from the superstar himself about his future decisions.

Braun Strowman Early Life

Braun, originally named Adam Scherr, was born on September 6, 1983, in the Sherrills Ford, North Carolina. His mother was Sara Scherr, and his father, Rick Scherr. His father was one of the greatest softball players of all time and is a USSSA Hall of Fame member. Adam grew up with his younger sister named Hannah. As a young boy, he attended Bandys High School, where he was on the football and wrestling teams. He spent a significant amount of his teenage age in Arkansas and Tennessee. Later he got enrolled in a community college in 2003, two years after his graduation. He spent the next four years playing football semi-professionally for the Hickory Hornets. In 2007, he also attended the NFL Scouting Combine, but he eventually did not turn professional. At that time, he even worked as a doorman and a mechanic.

Before his WWE career, Braun was a professional Strongman and won the NAS US Amateur National Championship in 2011. He also participated in the SCL North American Championship, where he completed at 5th and later came 7th in the Giants Live Poland event in 2012. He also won the 2012 Arnold Amateur Strongman Championship.

Adam adapted Braun Strowman as his ring name. He was very popular in WWE. At the beginning of his career in WWE, he trained at the WWE Performance Centre in Orlando. Braun made his first appearance as a member of The Wyatt Family wearing a black sheep mask. He defeated Dean Ambrose in his first-ever singles match and also took part in the Greatest Royal Rumble, where he won the championship. He broke the record of Roman Reigns’ holding a record of 12 eliminations, and became the record holder for most eliminations in a Royal Rumble match with 13 eliminations.

In 2018, Strowman became the Money In The Bank winner. He is a one-time Intercontinental Champion and a two-time Raw Tag Team Champion. In 2019, he won André the Giant Memorial Battle Roy, and in 2020, at WrestleMania 36, he won the Universal Championship, his first world title. In his entire career at WWE, he has always been at the top of the charts and was a fan favorite.
