We finally saw Boruto interacting with Kawaki after the 3 years time skip in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 3 Spoilers and Raw scans. The reason Boruto came to Konoha/Leaf Village is to locate the ten-tails, and now he has finally located it successfully.
Boruto knows something very crucial about ten-tails that we are yet to find out. After waiting over a month, we finally got to see Boruto using Rasengan: Uzuhiko.
Well, as far as I know, it looked like it was more than just an attack-type jitsu. The wind wrapped around Code when Boruto used it on him. And I can tell for sure that it is powerful than the normal Rasengan since Code wasn’t even able to stand after getting hit by it.
Boruto is as cold as ever. Bro didn’t even sweat while fighting Code. If I recall it, Boruto didn’t even move from his place while fighting Code. And Boruto is now way faster than before. Chapter 3 continues from where it left in the previous chapter, where we see Boruto about to use Rasengan: Uzuhiko on Code. Code knew something was up with Boruto’s new attack, so he decided to not get hit by it at any cost. He tells Boruto that if it doesn’t hit him, it’s meaningless.
However, Boruto’s Rasengan: Uzuhiko doesn’t need to come in contact with the opponent to activate it. The wind starts warping around Code when he goes to attack Boruto.

Code is Unable to Even Touch Boruto!
Code gets confused about what is happening to him. Boruto tells Code that he warned him that it is easy and simple to kill him. Boruto warns Code that if he doesn’t take him to Ten-tails, he will die there.
Code tells him that if he can do it, then he should try. Code charges Boruto with an intent to kill, but he keeps failing. Boruto was dodging his attack like it was a piece of cake for him.

Boruto uses Rasengan: Uzuhiko!
When Code got very close to Boruto, Boruto used that chance to hit him with Rasengan: Uzuhiko. He aimed at Code’s stomach, which sent him flying pretty far away. Code was completely exhausted after getting hit by that attack, so he decided to escape the place.
However, when he was trying to escape, Kawaki arrived at the scene and used his dojutsu to cancel his escape plan. So, Code then summons Claw and escapes through it.

Kawaki Arrives at the Scene!
Since Code escaped from Konoha, Shikamaru suggested everyone focus on his Claw army that was causing havoc. However, Kawaki wanted to confront Boruto after 3 long years. Along with Kawaki, other genins like Inkshikacho and Himawari came with him.
Kawaki told them to follow Shikamaru’s order and that he will come later. Despite Kawaki being rude towards Boruto, Boruto still says, “I’m glad to see you’re doing well, Kawaki.”

Sarada Confirms that People Who Turned into the Tree aren’t Dead!
Next, we see Sarada talking with a Shinobi about the tree. Sarada tells him that by eating a person’s Chakra, the Claws turn into a sacred tree.
The shinobi asks Sarada if it’s something similar to what Senju used. Sarada tells him she doesn’t know, but the one thing that she is sure of is that the person isn’t dead inside the tree.

Boruto Locates the Ten Tails!
Even though Code managed to escape, Boruto had already planned a tode on him so he could keep track of him. Through the Tode, Boruto found the place where Code had hidden the Ten-tails. The Tode confirms that it is the Ten-tails.

Well, we didn’t see much in this chapter, but the one significant thing this chapter showcased was Boruto’s new Jitsu, Rasengan: Uzuhiko. Code wasn’t even able to stand properly after getting hit by it.
After seeing the ten-tails at the end of the chapter, I can clearly say that ten-tails is behind the destruction of Konoha that we saw in Chapter 1. And I have a feeling that we will see some major character will appear in the next chapter, probably Sasuke.
