Watching Sasuke and Naruto take center stage now and then is pure bliss. But the announcement of a new manga from none other than Masashi Kishimoto has fans excited about that series. Though it is yet to be revealed who it will be about.
Speaking of fan service done right. The series focused chiefly on Sasuke as he went on a mission to find a cure for Naurto as his health worsened. We saw the scene of Sasuke being stopped by Naruto, but this time, the seventh Hokage fell on the floor.
Sasuke went on a journey where the six-path sage had resided before his death to the clues for his medicine. However, there he encountered problems that could not be dealt with by normal means and was forced to use his abilities as Shinobi to persevere.
Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Episode 287 Recap
Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Episode 286 continued Sasuke’s short arc that aimed to find the cure for Naruto. Sasuke had gone into a city that became the hotbed for a rebellion and future war. One man there intended to reanimate the dragon of the past and start a new war in the shinobi world. Sadly for him, Sasuke (and Sakura) were there and thwarted his plans to endanger the lives of many people. And along the way, we learn that Jiji has betrayed Sasuke and his wife.
Jiji looked like a man who wouldn’t create problems for others and even looked helpful, given his few interactions with the people. His reasons for turning against people weren’t impure, but just a wish for his dead girlfriend, and that was the thing he was promised for his contribution. Luckily for him, his girlfriend was still alive, but it turned to make him feel guilty for his actions. He even gets to reunite with her thanks to Sasuke and Sakura healing him after he almost gets bitten to death.
