The release date of the romantic comedy K-Drama, Bo Ra! Deborah Episode 5 has been scheduled. Yoo In Na is back with her gorgeous looks and her fantastic comic acting skills. The series has attracted quite a lot of viewers since the premiere of its first episode on April 12, 2023. Since the first episode, the series has been serving its audience with a lot of comic elements as well as heartbreaks.
With only four episodes released to date, Bo Ra! Deborah has already progressed quite a lot in its plot. Although it might seem like the usual romantic-comedy Korean drama with a not-so-unique narrative, the series has successfully captured the interest of its viewers. Bo Ra! Deborah Episode 4 Recap
Bo Ra! Deborah episode 4 started with Bo Ra getting a reminder call from Yu Jeong about the Golden Night Party which is supposed to be held that day. At the office, when Sang Jin enters, he finds the partitions have been placed back by the employees, which disappoints him.
Next, Sang Jin calls Soo Hyuk into his office where he discusses Bo Ra being out of touch for a few days. When Sang Jin asks Soo Hyuk about Bo Ra’s whereabouts or whether Bo Ra had told him something on the day he went to return her phone, Soo Hyuk does not say anything. Soo Hyuk gets reminded of the scene that night, where he saw Bo Ra running into her boyfriend, cheating on her, on the road.
Soo Hyuk does tell Sang Jin about the incident. At that moment, Sang Jin sees an invitation to the Golden Night Party on his computer. Next, at the party, before the beginning of the event, Su Jin meets Bo Ra backstage and congratulates her on her engagement, unaware of her breakup. Bo Ra pretends to be happy and accepts the flower bouquet which she receives from Su Jin, and does not reveal the truth.
As soon as Su Jin leaves, Bo Ra gulps down four-five glasses of champagne out of frustration. On the other side, Sang Jin and Soo Hyuk arrive at the event. After some time, drunk Bo Ra arrives on the stage. Bo Ra gets reminded of her boyfriend not picking up her calls in the past, and thinks of telling the truth to the audience.
However, Bo Ra, then, throws away the cue cards she had in her hands and started her speech on how being single feels like being a loser. She starts cursing men in general. Su Jin tries to manage the situation by turning on some music. Subsequently, Bo Ra falls on the stage.
At that moment, Soo Hyuk comes to Bo Ra’s rescue. He covers her legs with his coat and lifts her, and goes out of the party hall. After coming out to the lawn, Soo Hyuk puts her down and covers her with his coat. Then, Bo Ra throws away her shoes and walks away on the grass.
The following day, Ju Wan watches the video of Bo Ra’s speech and her falling, which has gone viral on social media, and tightens the security at the office. At the office, Sang Jin and Soo Hyuk read all the comments on the videos, and Sang Jin shows his reluctance to publish Bo Ra’s book.
At home, Bo Ra is seen reading all the mean comments under her videos. She learns about the online petition against her as well as the termination contract published by Ju Won’s company about Bo Ra. Seeing all this, Yu Jeong advises Bo Ra to post an apology on the media immediately.
Next, Bo Ra posts an apology and reveals everything about her breakup with her boyfriend, and declares her withdrawal from all future projects for some time. She even turns her social media account into a private one.
Later, Bo Ra’s mother complains to Bo Mi about how embarrassed she is of Bo Ra. To heal herself, Bo Ra goes to a mall to shop and have some good food. Later, while returning home, she starts crying on the bus. On the other hand, coincidentally, Soo Hyuk’s car stops next to Bo Ra’s bus. Soo Hyuk sees Bo Ra crying with her head outside the window.
Bo Ra! Deborah Episode 5 Preview
In the upcoming episode, we will see, Deborah, running into Noh Hu Hwan in a cafe. He will be followed by Lee Soo Hyuk. As Noh Hu Hwan will sit at a different table, Deborah will ask Soo Hyuk to sit with her and pretend to laugh to show as if they are having a funny conversation. This site will make Noh Ju Hwan jealous. Later, Soo Hyuk will again runs into Deborah at night, as Deborah will be seen sitting on the roadside, crying.
