Sports anime Blue Lock will return with episode 22 to be released next week, and with each episode, we are getting closer to bidding the series goodbye. Bachira agrees that Rin tells them to cut it out and move on to instant kill, and with that, we realised that the team had reached the fourth stage. Juubee, out of nowhere, asks the opponent team member what he uses on his hair, and Tokimitsu gets surprised by his weird question.
The guy answers that he uses normal stuff from the communal bath like everyone else, but Juubee is not satisfied with his answer and keeps asking more questions of the player.
At one point, the entire team looks at Juubee as if he has lost his mind; if this was not the most hilarious part of the episode, we don’t know what else could be. Blue Lock Episode 21 Recap
In the previous episode, Chigiri Hyoma and Juubee had their first encounter. Juubee compliments Chigiri’s hair and initiates a conversation with him. Chigiri doubts the skills of the team after witnessing Juubee’s stunt, and he asks Isagi about it, and he tells him that they are good at soccer. Shouei gets very annoyed with Juubee’s act and asks the team to get into their formation to begin the game.
Aoshi apologises to him and asks him if they can take a rain check because of Juubee’s condition, but Shouei rejects his request and threatens to get into his position.
Aoshi also begins to have an outburst just like Juubee, and he says things like how an authoritative guy like Shouei would end up ruling the society, how confident people will live happily ever after, and so on.
Shouei informs Isaagi that they are changing the formation, and he picks up Aoshi and begins to say all kinds of mean things to him. Isaagi asks Nagi if he can switch positions with Barou, but Nagi apologises and makes a request instead.
Nagi tells him he has to do something exciting; otherwise, not choosing Roe would be pointless for him. He expresses his desire to play against Itoshi Rin because he wants to become stronger.
Isaagi agrees with that but also warns him that if he loses it, he will crush him by himself because he will be the one to devour everything on the field. With that, Isaagi gets to match up against Bachira, and the game begins with Isaagi and Bachira’s vow to put everything online and throw everything at him.
The two team members were desperate to win the match; they did not doubt their abilities and were pretty sure they were going to be the winners. Bachira does his ultra-fast scissors, but Isaagi read his move and was able to put Bachira in a difficult position.
