Since September 2010, CBS has served as the home of the American cop crime thriller drama serial Blue Bloods. The fictitious Reagan household, a Catholic Irish-American family from New York City through the use of a background in enforcement agencies, is home to the show’s primary protagonists. In Blue Bloods, Tom Selleck plays Frank Reagan, the superintendent of the NYC police Department.
The Reagan family, which has a background working in police enforcement, is the subject of the television show. Together, the family puts the immediate family’s needs before those of New York City but effectively serves their city. All of the Reagan lads joined the NYPD, following their dad and grandfather’s lead.
Danny, Frank’s oldest son, works as an NYPD investigator; Jamie, his youngest, is also an NYPD sergeant; while Erin, Frank’s daughter, is a Public Prosecutor’s deputy. Joe, Frank’s middle son, was killed in the course of his duties by a dishonest officer in the circumstances before the show while he was embroiled in an FBI infiltration into a ring of unscrupulous NYPD policemen dubbed the Blue Templar. Retired NYPD beat officer Henry, Frank’s dad, worked his way up to the position of Police Commissioner. We get to follow this squad as they investigate murders throughout the season. Season 13 has begun, and the public is enthralled.

Blue Bloods Season 13 Episode 1 Recap:
A Reagan is hospitalized as Blue Bloods premieres its 13th season, and 2 of his family are desperate to see that the perpetrator is identified and punished. The death of one of Erin’s important eyewitnesses wind up being tied to an incident of domestic abuse Jamie is investigating; she gets Danny to look into it, and it finds out just the eyewitness was a CI of Joe’s. But the familial alliance goes wrong.
Andre, the accused in Erin’s case’s enforcer, abducts and kills his wife after having slain the eyewitness on his behalf. Jamie is joined by Joe and Danny as Andre begins firing, and Jamie intervenes to protect them. After the bullet pierces through the vest, David hurriedly transports him to the hospital.
The doctors are not able to tell if his spine has sustained any long-term damage, but the procedure was successful. So Joe and Danny leave to locate Andre as they await Jamie’s recovery. Danny would remove Joe from Andre once they catch up to him. Danny says that the reason they are following the rules is that Joe and Jamie’s father would have. When Erin and Jack have dinner in a remote location, Jack understands that she wouldn’t want rumors about her relationship because she’s campaigning for D.A. She and her ideals are respected by Warren Bradford, who wishes to contribute $3 million to her candidacy in favor of her. Later, she confesses to Jack that she is still attempting to determine her life goals.
When Jamie woke up, he intended to sneak away from the facility by a back entrance, however, when Danny, Eddie, and Erin helped him leave, Frank led all NYPD policemen, medical staff, and patients in honoring and praising him. When it comes to the family meal that marks the beginning of Season 13, Kearns accompanies the Reagans for said celebration. In a tender scene, Henry remarks that having Jamie there is a wonderful delight. Joe and Danny exhort Kearns to recite the grace. Joe is described by Frank as the household’s “black sheep.” The remaining individuals are lambs, Danny adds. And predictably, the scene concludes with Frank observing Jamie throughout grace.
