Lee So Mang wants to catch the culprit with the help of Kim Hye In. Baek Je Na and Hye In settled their dispute. She won’t bother her again. Shi Eun is very friendly with Hye In, yet she has a dark side hidden behind her cheerful face.
The storyline of Bitch X Rich revolves around Kim Hye In and Baek Je Na. Kim Hye In is a high schooler in a public school. She is from a poor background. She pretends to be a college student to tutor rich middle schoolers. She also works part-time jobs to help herself financially. Meanwhile, Baek Je Na is born into a third-generation conglomerate in Korea. She is a student at Cheongdam International High School, one of the most prestigious schools.
Kim Hye In saw the face of the person who pushed Hye In of Cheongdam International High School. It was an opportunity for Kim Hye In to attend Cheongdam International High School but remain quiet. Kim Hye In has to face the mean girl Je Na and get mocked by other students for being poor. The school is prestigious outside but mysterious inside.
Bitch X Rich Episode Recap:
Kim Hye In has newly transferred to Cheongdam International High School. She had started facing trouble with other students as she was not from a high-class society. Her teacher suggested signing up for the financial aid program. There are scholarship programs by many companies to which she can apply too. Hye In is humiliated by Je Na. Her school life is becoming difficult.
Kim Hye In needs $8000 urgently for the dress. She receives a message from Lee Duk Min that if she needs money, meet by 4 pm. She accepted his message and got $3000. He suggests a way where she can make money, and he will pay her. Seo Do Eon visit other Kim Hye In at the hospital. He is sorry towards her and recalls their last fight.
Meanwhile, at school, Kim Hye In is doing a part-time job as a model where Lee Duk Min will pay her per hour. Everything was going okay until he insisted on changing her dress in his presence. He has agreed to pay her $5,000. She agrees since she is desperate for money. Seo Do Eon searched through CCTV footage at the office. He wants to find out the culprit who pushed Kim Hye In.
Hye In had nightmares about the terrace incident. Je Na is not on good terms with her stepmother. Je Na is worried because her stepmother is pregnant. Her stepmother was her English teacher, and everyone in the class gossiped about her father dating a teacher. Je Na had a panic attack, and Hye In saved her. She dislikes Hye In’s sympathy for her. Hye In paid the money for the dress. She begs Je Na to leave her alone and let her graduate from this school.
Hye In is determined to study hard and get a scholarship. She stated that she plans to maintain a low profile. Seo Do Eon approaches Hye In for help, but she declines. He suggests continuing dating until he discovers the culprit. She is not interested in getting involved.
Hye In later receives a video of the day with Lee Duk Min. She was concerned about who had videoed it. She was distracted in class, and her friend, Oh Shi Eun, scribbled on her copy, wondering if she was okay. Back at home, Hye In looking at an old note when she saw resembles in both writings. She considers Oh Shi Eun as the culprit.
