Battle Through The Heavens Season 5 Episode 33: Recap
Xiao Yun and Lin Qing are resting and getting their strength back. Lin Xiuya congratulates Xun’er for her victory and is actually a little afraid of her now because of his crushing defeat. Xun’er visits Yun when he’s still concentrating on his energy. She sits there and as she watches him try so hard she’s reminded of all the moments they spent together till now. From when they were kids to this day.
Suddenly Yun starts coughing and he coughs out a chunk of Dark Energy or Qi which starts to surround his room. Xun’er stands up and uses her powers to clear the room instantly. She then goes up to Yun to see if he’s feeling well. Yun asks her about the tournament and she replies that as both Lin Qing and Xiai Yun were knocked unconscious, the match was declared a draw.
Xiao Yun is somewhat frustrated but he still accepts the fact as he’s finally one of the top 10 strongest. Yun leaves his house with Xun’er and finds that his clan is rather crowded and he gets puzzled by it. He asks Xun’er about it but before she could speak, they get interrupted by one of the new people there. The new person tells Yun that after seeing his fight and also witnessing Xun’er defeating Lin Xiuya easily, everyone wants to join his clan. This makes Yun proud but he instantly asks Xun’er for more information.
Xun’er tells Yun that she just kept her promise and finally demonstrated her strength. Then they go to a garden to rest where they think back to all their memories. Xiao Yun suddenly feels a strange presence surrounding the area and also that they are strong. Xun’er also senses it and sends Yun away to keep him safe. After a few moments, the Commander of the Black Annihilation Army arrives at the scene and demands that Xun’er comes back to her clan.
Yun interrupts their talk and holds Xun’ers hand and asks her to stay. Xun’er cries but knowing that if she stays it would bring harm to Yun, she leaves after giving Yun a hug. The commander praises Yun but then he also insults him as someone like him can never be with a such strong woman like Xun’er.
Yun challenges the commander to test his strength which makes him angry. The commander and Yun prepare for battle but get stopped by the great elder. The commander is forced to leave and the Great Elder tells Yun to get stronger so that he could keep his promise to save Xun’er. Yun is now headed to Sky Burning Qi Refining tower to get Heart Fire Body forging and getting stronger.
