Are Silk Sonic and BTS collaborating? Do we get to witness an iconic Collab between them? Now that it is a well-known fact that the “Silk Sonic Duo”- Anderson Paak and Bruno Mars, are close friends with BTS. We will uncover the mystery behind the much-awaited collaboration between the two. Let’s find out in this article whether Silk Sonic and BTS’ will be collaborating or not.
Anderson Paak, better known by the stage name Anderson is a rapper, singer, songwriter, record producer, and drummer. On March 27, the “Love Train” singer took to Twitter calling his fans to “Ask Any Question” Which he will answer. One of the fans took this as a great opportunity and asked him the question that millions of fans worldwide wanted to know- “Will You Be Collaborating With BTS’?” To which Paak replied, “It’s My Dream Collab.” This aroused speculation about whether the duo will be collaborating soon or what’s best? They may already be in a collaboration which they will announce later!

However, the tweet got 86.9K likes and 20K retweets in just five days. Some tweeted in response to Paak’s tweet: “Make It Happen”, “Can’t-Wait.” And one intelligible fan tweeted “Sliktan Sounds Perfect!” Yeah, it does sound perfect. This again shows how much the fans want their Collab to happen! However, there isn’t any confirmed news of any such collaboration.
On April 2nd, Silk Sonic Duo held a concert at Las Vegas Dolby Live Park MGM. Where they sang songs from their debut album “An evening With Silk Sonic.” BTS’ showed their support for Anderson Paak and Bruno Mars by attending their concert. Jimin, SUGA, and RM from BTS’ attended the concert. Later, Paak shared the group photo on his social media handles captioning the post as “Sheeeeesh”. Which invariably shows he is so happy that the BTS gets to attend his concert.
Silk Sonic And BTS’ Share A Great Bond
This concert had a “No Phones” rule. So fans who attended the concert did not know that members of the BTS’ also attended the concert. This made the fans a little bit disappointed as they did not get the chance to catch a glimpse of their favorite idol.
In November 2021, Anderson Park attended a BTS concert in Las Angeles’. And took photos with the 7- member boy band. In these photos, BTS members were looked happy, hosting Paak. Anderson later handed them copies of Silk Sonic’s debut album “An Evening With Silk Sonic.” The two bands are often seen supporting and encouraging each other. Moreover, “An Evening With Silk Sonic” is a nine-track project that hit Billboards Hot 100, No1 for a few weeks. Including the songs “Leave The Door Open”, “Skate” and “Smoking Out The Window.”
Future Concerts To Look Forward:
BTS’ Junkook was not able to be a part of the event as he was recently diagnosed with COVID-19. J-Hope was also quarantined for the same. And Jimin had a finger injury for which he had to undergo surgery. Right now, he is healing from the surgery.
Meanwhile, BTS leader, Kim Taehyung was enjoying his life in Las Vegas. A video shared as a post by V on his Instagram handles, showed him dancing to Jazz music at a bar, all alone. V was making smooth moves to the jazz song. It is a known thing that V likes Jazz music. Before, this V also shared his airport looks on Instagram. Jon Batiste, the legendary American musician tweeted in response to his Instagram posts, “Great Energy.” It came into notice that Jon Batiste and BTS’ V are soon going to collaborate. However, this is not confirmed in the news.
Though some of the members of BTS are not well, they will be attending their concerts which are planned for tomorrow. On April 3rd, BTS will be performing at the Grammy’s in Sin City, Las Vegas for which they were nominated. And on April 8, 9, 15, and 17, they will be performing at Allegiant Stadium, Paradise, Nevada.
