In the sixth episode titled Facelift, we saw the focus on Virginia Mellon. She is a middle-aged woman with high ambitions. Virginia wants nothing but to desperately look younger. One of her friends suggests Dr. Enid Perle to her who can help her with anti-aging procedures.
While the surgery has been done on her, Virginia feels the wrath of demons and has horrifying visions of the same. She is tormented badly and is going through immense pain. Fay is her stepdaughter although, she rejects her. As for Fay, she thinks of Virginia as her own mother. Later, we see that Dr. Perle moves Virginia to her private lodge in order to give her the time to heal.
Fay, in an attempt to ensure the safety of her mother, tries to follow Dr. Perle as he takes Virginia to the private lodge. Although, she is stopped by security and sedated. When the bandages are removed from Virginia’s face, it is revealed that she has been given a porcine face by the doctor. Turns out, he is a cult with various other members who worship beauty. Virginia shall be their next sacrifice.
When she tries to escape the lodge area, she is hunted by the members of the cult and killed. Among these members is the friend who suggested Virginia to Dr. Perle in the first place. Fay who is now saddened again after losing another motherly figure, comes to realize that her birth mother was also a part of this bizarre cult. Later, when Fay goes to a university, she has the cult tattoo on her arm and comes across another young lad who also has the same. The two are seen walking in the same direction after this meaning Fay must have joined the cult as well. Now, coming back to the future of the series, here is what we know about the next episode.
