AMAIM Warrior at the Borderline Episode 8 reveals the Resistance crew known as the Terrorist fighting with the Japanese government to protect their AMAIM. Tezuko and Amou met with another girl and a new AMAIM named Angelo. The girl that came out of that AMAIM is revealed to be Shishibe Shion. Shion gets to know everyone and is glad that they are taking her in. From AMAIM Warrior at the Borderline’s latest episode, Shion reveals that the day she helped Amou and the others were her first fight. Amou was surprised to her Sion calling Angelo, Nayuta.
Nayuta reveals that Angelo is his soul name while captain Brad Watt and warrant officer Raymond Hardy reports for duty at the HQ. The commander told the two that he had called them since their intelligence team had located Ghost. He reveals that a Ghost is an unmanned unit with an autonomous AI. But the Japanese terrorists have a similar AMAIM as Ghost. He also talked about the progression of autonomous AI that no one has ever done in history. The commander reminds the two that they need to capture Ghost, and if not possible, they can destroy it.
Brad realizes that the commander is preventing others from obtaining Ghost since he suggests capturing it. The commander told the two that the Ghost was hiding in Asian territory. Brad and Raymond accept, and the commander reminds Brad to take a leave after completing the mission. The two head out and talk about what they will do during leave and the next mission. Raymond talked about how Tokyo city has changed since it has been so long without visiting. The two decided to visit a Taiyaki store to get some meal.

Brad wonders why the seller is giving them too much food, and the seller reveals that he is thanking them for the work that they are doing for the North American Confederation to restore their country. Brad and Raymond head to the park and realize that fighting for their country is helping to rebuild Tokyo, including the land and buildings. They also talked about the NAC and the government control. Brad wants Japan to become a new state, and Raymond tells him not to speak aloud. The two enjoys eating their treat, and Brad adds that he wants to live in a peaceful country.
On their way to the camp, Brad talked about how he missed his home and the adopted son of Deputy Commander Spears. But he was not the only adopted one since many other children like him in his household. Brad never fit in that household in his childhood, and he was the odd one out since he stayed alone when other kids played around. During the celebration, Brad was always left in the corner, and other kids gangs on him. He spent many days without sleeping, wondering about his family.
One day Brad’s father took him to the base, where he saw an AMAIM for the first time. That made Brad admire it, and his father noticed that. He decided to train Brad to become a soldier since he has found peace after seeing that AMAIM. Brad also reveals why he has become a soldier, and they both arrive at the HQ. On the other side, Tezuko wonders why they have to stay at the hotel. Angelo replies that he can’t let his princess camp out, and the hotel is the best place for her. Tezuko thinks that they are wasting money.
